Delete from the app
Open MathLab, go to Profile, choose Account, then select Delete account. Review the warning and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@alevel.gg from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes your MathLab account and associated synchronised learning information, including submissions and progress, from our live systems. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal or financial obligations, and residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple Account settings to prevent future renewal.
